Although we have only a small number of children at the moment we have a team of leaders who prepare for them each week.

Our children join everyone for the first part of the service each Sunday and then leave for their own time together in Junior Church

Policy statement

We the members of Melton Mowbray with Freeby United Reformed Church, believe the children in our care have the right to explore their spirituality without the concerns of physical, emotional or sexual abuse.

We believe all children have the right to grow up in a safe environment and therefore we must give them protection.

The Church has a ‘Good Practice’ policy which is available in full on request.

All our leaders have child protection training and are DBS checked.
